David Haghighi’s mission is to share the power of real estate with every client and anyone who will listen. He’s watched his family thrive thanks to the security, comfort, and financial stability homeownership has afforded them, and he’s obsessed with helping other families do the same.
 
David grew up in the real estate industry, and he has experience in real estate finance as well as sales, which enables him to provide comprehensive services with tact and precision. His understanding of mortgage banking removes the guesswork, and his intricate knowledge of Propositions 60/90, which offer tax relief, helps clients who are looking to downsize and save money. With a further background in marketing and business law and extensive construction knowledge from years of overseeing property inspections and repairs, the San Diego native knows how to help his clients choose houses that will build their future wealth.
 
During his off-time, David loves being with his wife and five children, running the San Elijo Hills, completing his latest home improvement project, and volunteering at Feeding San Diego.
